Graylight, LLC ("Graylight," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Ember platform, website, and mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

01Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information: name, email address, phone number, state of residence, and password when you create an account
- Payment information: billing details processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers
- User content: hunt logs, photos, notes, and other content you submit through the Service
- Communications: messages you send us through support channels or feedback forms
Information collected automatically
- Location data: with your permission, we collect precise location data to power features such as stand placement, terrain scoring, offline maps, and check-in safety tools. You can disable location access through your device settings at any time
- Device information: device type, operating system, browser type, and unique device identifiers
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, and interactions with the Service

We use cookies and local storage to operate and improve the Service:
- Essential cookies: required for core functionality such as authentication, security, and remembering your preferences
